- Who is this service for?
- Our service is designed to minimize the challenges caused by language and cultural differences for individuals who are not yet accustomed to living in Japan. We do not provide assistance for routine tasks that do not involve language or cultural barriers.
- What are your business hours?
- Business hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Any requests sent outside of these hours will be processed and responded to once business hours resume.
We also take seasonal breaks throughout the year, and always notify our members in advance about the dates. - Are there any costs other than the monthly fee?
- A one-time registration fee of ¥3,000 is required at the time of enrollment.
Additionally, if you request us to make payments on your behalf for any of your personal needs, a handling fee of 4% will be charged to the total amount paid. - How can I contact the concierge?
- After signing up, you will receive a dedicated email address for submitting requests. You can also contact us via our official LINE chat. If you wish to call us, please schedule an appointment in advance to speak with a concierge
- Will I receive an immediate response after submitting a request?
- We generally respond to requests on the same business day. However, some requests that require extensive research or depending on the concierge's availability may take a few days. Requests sent outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day or later.
- What languages are supported?
- Our primary support language is English. However, if needed, interpreters for other languages can be arranged for additional fees. Please consult us if you require support in a different language.
- Are there any limitations on requests?
- We accommodate requests that comply with the terms and conditions stated on our website. Please note that we cannot handle requests requiring more than three hours per request. For example, a request to suggest and book restaurants for an entire week of travel exceeds the scope of a single request. Each request allows up to three suggestions, meaning that recommending three restaurant options for a single meal falls within the acceptable range. Additionally, for requests that require extended time or long-term support, we ask that they be divided into multiple requests.
- Do you offer service in person?
- Yes, we do. This service is not included in the monthly packages but it is available for an additional fee. Please consult with the concierge regarding the reason and location for the accompaniment service, and we will provide a quote.
Examples of accompaniment services include:- Assistance at government offices, banks, or mobile phone stores for administrative procedures
- Support when purchasing furniture, home appliances, or cars
- I am planning to move to Japan. Can I sign up before arriving there?
- Our service is useful when preparing for your move to Japan too. You can sign up before your arrival if your relocation to Japan has already been confirmed.
- Is it possible to use the service for just one month?
- Our Monthly Support Plan is available for a minimum of six months.
If your remaining stay in Japan is less than six months, we can offer a custom package.

- Yes, we can. We specialize in helping expats/oversea families find rental properties as a licensed real estate agency. If you provide details about your situation and preferences, we can assist you in finding the best property in the most suitable area.
Additionally, members of our concierge service receive a discount on brokerage fees. Please contact us for further information. Note: Requests related to real estate searches do not count toward your concierge service request limit.
