We are a real estate company that utilizes our extensive knowledge and experience, primarily in the Minato Ward of Tokyo and the “Hokusetsu area” (Minoo city, Suita city and Toyonaka city) of Osaka, to cater to both domestic and international clients.

Our company name, “Breaz” embodies our core values. It combines the Japanese word “burenai, burezu,” meaning unwavering, with the English word “breath.” We firmly believe that staying steadfast in our dedication to clients is as vital as breathing itself. Born and raised in the northern suburbs of Osaka, specifically in cities like Minoh, Suita, and Toyonaka, I come from a region that consistently ranks among the top 10 most comfortable cities to live in throughout Japan. This upbringing has instilled in me a deep appreciation for creating comfortable and fulfilling living spaces.
Having resided in Tokyo's Minato ward for the past 15 years, I have developed a deep understanding of the local community and the diverse needs of its residents, including the foreign community. My personal experiences as a resident and a parent have given me invaluable insights into the educational environment within Minato ward. Raising my own two children here, I have firsthand knowledge of the educational institutions, ranging from top-notch international schools to prestigious local institutions. This familiarity allows me to guide and support families in finding a home that aligns with their educational priorities.
